Returns and exchange details:
Returns and exchanges are graciously dealt with on a case by case basis.
You must contact us within 14 calendar days with any concerns about your order. If an item is damaged, please email us a photograph of the damage. You may be directed to file a claim through the postal service if the damage was the result of mishandling by the postal system.
Due to the delivery service’s responsibility of getting items to you, we cannot take responsibility for any lost, damaged, or delayed pieces by their fault. We cannot refund these pieces until the items are returned back to our address. In some cases we cannot resend replacements because these are original handmade works of art, and cannot be duplicated. We only send a similar replacement in the event we agree to do this. All returns are shipped at the expense of the buyer. If you do not collect your package from your post office we cannot be held responsible for refunds if it is returned to us without collection by you. It is your responsibility to collect your packages.
If you are unhappy and wish to receive a REFUND please message us and we will do our best to rectify the situation. This does NOT include a change of mind or shopping mistakes. We are small and cannot refund for your error. Please take your time to look at all photographs and measurements before you purchase.
